AmeriCare Mobility Van is proud of the high quality transportation services it provides to residents of Mankato and South-Central Minnesota. Our Services are unique because they are highly specialized, yet completely flexible. We have several accessible vehicles, a variety of State licenses, and the ability to tailor a program to your specific transportation needs. We provide unique transportation assistance to all residents of South Central Minnesota as demand dictates. We provide three main categories of transportation services. We use these programs to specialize our services to you.

MNDOT Special Transportation Provider
We provide NON-EMERGENCY medical transportation services on a pre-scheduled 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis. Transportation is door through door necessary non-emergency medical transportation for the stretcher bound, wheelchair bound, developmentally disabled, and the elderly who need assistance in ambulating. Our special transportation services are available to any destination, including Hospitals, Clinics, Dentist Offices, Physical Therapy, Dialysis, and Counseling appointments. Also, ask us about social transportation, shuttle services, and transportation for children.

MNDOT Motor Carrier of Passengers Provider
Our Motor Carrier Services provide pre-scheduled short term and contracted transportation services for most any occasion. We are able to tailor routes, times, and destinations unique to your program. Shuttle services, in or out of town are also available.

MNDPS Type III School Bus Provider
Our type III school bus services allow us to provide alternative, and accessible transportation services for school districts, charter schools, and alternative schools. Our services are available to meet the needs of schools when no other transportation is available, or when traditional school bus services are no longer an option. We can provide the structured environment along with tailored pick up and return times.
