BILLINGS and FEES

BILLINGS
In accordance with sound business practices our services are billed daily. You will be invoiced daily, or you will be required to present eligible insurance information. Our services are also available on a contracted basis.

There is no out of pocket expense for certified recipients of the following programs:
Minnesota Medical Assistance-Blue Plus-UCARE-Medica
Evercare-Health Partners-South Country Health Alliance
For Medicaid and HMO clients, our office professionals will help obtain the required certifications.

On-Call Hours are 5:00 pm to 5:00 am Monday through Saturday and all hours on Sundays and Holidays.
(Private Pay Services are described below)

Payment is not required at time of service.
Friends & Family may ride along for no additional cost.

The Loading Charge is for each time a patient or patient's equipment is loaded and secured in the vehicle.
The Mileage Charge is for each mile traveled with the patient or patient's equipment in the vehicle.
The Mileage Charge is rounded to the nearest mile. There is a minimum of one mile charged per trip.
Stretcher mileage will begin and end at the AMV garage in Mankato.
The Attendant Charge applies when a 2nd driver is needed for loading or unloading.
Additional charges may apply for services other than usual and custom transportation.
On-Call Stretcher service not available in all areas.

All services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Advance scheduling is recommended but same day appointments will be accommodated if schedule permits.
