ACCESSING OUR SERVICES
To access our services simply call the number on the HOME page. Our phones are answered 24 hours per day 7 days per week by real people who can schedule your transportation. To ensure that your transportation needs are met we recommend that you call as far in advance as possible. Same-day add-ons will be accommodated on an availability basis. With the exception of major holidays, our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Reservations can be made at any time, however please call during office hours for all other inquiries. To accommodate as many passengers as possible reservations are taken up to 12 months in advance.

The following billing information is needed when scheduling a new client:
  • Client Name and Date of Birth
  • Attending Physician Name and Location
  • Government Program ID Number(when applicable)
  • Financially Responsible Name, Address and Phone Number(may be self)

We want you to know you have a right to choose your transportation provider and we thank you for choosing AMV.
